We use the details you send to Epona to answer your enquiry. This notice covers the Epona company website. Each product's own site has its privacy information.

Who is responsible
Epona Solutions Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, company number 07763561. Registered office: 2b Gaol Street, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6AQ. For anything on this page, email info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Your email address, enquiry topic and message, plus your name if supplied. Used to reply to you and to have the conversation that follows.
- The fit-call request. Your name, email address, company if supplied, what the system does, what prompted the conversation and any availability you choose to provide. Used only to assess the fit and arrange the call you requested.
- Campaign attribution. If a link contains campaign labels such as source, campaign or search term, those labels are included with a form you choose to submit. They are used to understand which outreach produced the enquiry. They are not stored in a cookie and do not follow you beyond this site.
- Analytics. Aggregate page views, product-link clicks, referrer, approximate country, browser and screen size, collected by a self-hosted Umami instance running on infrastructure we control. No cookies, no device fingerprint, no cross-site tracking, no advertising networks, and nothing that identifies you.
There is nothing else. No newsletter, no mailing list, no marketing sequence, no sale or sharing of your details, and no profiling or automated decision-making.
Lawful basis
For enquiries, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us to. For analytics, our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, which is why the measurement is aggregate and cookieless rather than personal.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions on our behalf, under their data processing agreement. Netlify is US-based, and that agreement covers the transfer.
- Our email provider, when a form-submission notification or our reply is delivered by email.
Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, shared or used to train anything.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. If we end up working together, the records that go with an engagement are kept for six years to meet UK company and tax obligations. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that could be traced back to you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk and we will deal with it inside a month, usually the same week. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a banner. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so simply loading a page tells nobody else that you visited.
