Privacy notice
Short version: what you send me comes to me and nobody else, it is used to answer you, and this site sets no cookies.

Who is responsible
Epona Solutions Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, company number 07763561. Registered office: 2b Gaol Street, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6AQ. For anything on this page, email info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk.
What I collect, and why
- The contact form. Your email address, and optionally your name, what the enquiry is about and your message. Used to reply to you and to have the conversation that follows.
- The health check. The quiz runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. If you then choose to submit the form under your result, your answers and score are sent with your email address so that I can write you a useful reply rather than a generic one.
- Analytics. Aggregate page views, referrer, approximate country, browser and screen size, collected by a self-hosted Umami instance running on infrastructure I control. No cookies, no device fingerprint, no cross-site tracking, no advertising networks, and nothing that identifies you.
There is nothing else. No newsletter, no mailing list, no marketing sequence, no sale or sharing of your details, and no profiling or automated decision-making. Your health check score is a self-scored indicator for your benefit, not a decision made about you.
Lawful basis
For enquiries, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who ask me to. For analytics, my legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful, which is why the measurement is aggregate and cookieless rather than personal.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions on my behalf, under their data processing agreement. Netlify is US-based, and that agreement covers the transfer.
- Calendly only if you choose to book a call. You give them your details directly and their own privacy notice applies.
- My email provider, because a form submission arrives as an email.
Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, shared or used to train anything.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. If we end up working together, the records that go with an engagement are kept for six years to meet UK company and tax obligations. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that could be traced back to you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, object to my using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email info@epona-solutions.ltd.uk and I will deal with it inside a month, usually the same week. If you are unhappy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a banner. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so simply loading a page tells nobody else that you visited.
